Who we are
Arctura is the trading name of Gazolin Production SRL, a company registered in Romania (Baia Mare). We build AI systems for iGaming operators, deployed inside the operator's own infrastructure. How player data is handled in those deployments is described separately in the data & security brief. For any privacy-related question, contact us at hello@arctura.eu.
Our GDPR role depends on the context. For personal data collected through this website — the contact form, cookies, analytics — Gazolin Production SRL is the Controller. When we analyse chat exports that an operator client sends us under a separate Data Processing Agreement (see the Support Load Report DPA), the operator is the Controller and we act as Processor on their written instructions.
What data we collect
When you contact us through our contact form or by email, we collect your name, company, email address, and the contents of your message.
Analytics (only with your consent): page views, device type, anonymized IP address, referrer, browser language.
Session analytics (only with your consent): we use Microsoft Clarity, which records how a visit moves through the page — mouse movement, clicks, scrolling and rage-click patterns — so we can see which parts of the site confuse people. It is behavioural analytics on an anonymous visitor, not identification: we do not link these recordings to a named person, we do not build advertising profiles, and no recording is used to make any decision about you. If you prefer it not to run, choose "Reject all" or turn analytics off under .

Legal basis

Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You can withdraw consent at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@arctura.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Romania, the ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
Data retention

Third parties
We use the following processors:
- Google LLC — Google Analytics. Data may be transferred to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and SCCs.
- Matomo — self-hosted on our own infrastructure (
analytics.gazolin-production.com). Data stays within the EU. - Microsoft Corporation — Microsoft Clarity, session analytics. Data may be transferred to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and SCCs.
None of these run until you consent. Google Analytics, Matomo and Clarity are all injected by our consent script after you accept analytics — before that, no request is made to any of them.
We also self-host our web fonts rather than loading them from Google Fonts, because that would have sent your IP address to a third party before you had agreed to anything. The result is that opening a page on this site makes no third-party request at all until you choose to allow analytics. You can verify that in your browser's network tab in about ten seconds, which is the only kind of privacy claim worth making.
International transfers
Where transfers outside the EEA occur (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity), they are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Matomo is self-hosted in the EU and involves no transfer.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
