How we work — and why it's a partnership, not a purchase.

We deliberately keep a small number of clients and integrate deeply with each. Design partners aren't "early adopters" — they're co-creators. Their commercial reality shapes the roadmap. Their results become the proof for the next cohort.

What design partners get

  • Pricing well below future market rates. First-cohort economics, perpetual.
  • Direct founder access. No account managers in between.
  • Your priorities baked into the core — not afterthoughts in a roadmap.
  • Perpetual usage license. Once deployed, you keep using it.
  • Source code escrow. Protection against vendor risk.
  • Co-marketing optional. Talk about it or don't — your call.

What we ask in return

  • Regular feedback, weekly syncs during deployment.
  • Honest signal — tell us what doesn't work.
  • Reference rights (anonymized or named, your choice).
  • IP boundaries respected (no redistribution of platform code).

Working method

Six stages from first call to ongoing improvement. Each gate is honest: we proceed only when the previous step has delivered something measurable.

Stage 1 · 1–2 weeks

Discovery

We audit your stack, your data, your gaps. No NDA gymnastics — straight to the substance.

Stage 2 · 1 week

Proposal

Concrete plan, timeline, cost, deliverables. You can stop here for the cost of two weeks.

Stage 3 · 4–8 weeks per module

Build

Adapters and core, deployed to your environment. Weekly demos, not waterfall.

Stage 4 · 2–4 weeks

Shadow mode

Arctura runs alongside your existing process. Decisions validated against your real baseline before going live.

Stage 5 · 2–4 weeks

Production rollout

Gradual cutover with monitoring. Roll back any time, no questions asked.

Stage 6 · ongoing

Continuous improvement

Retainer for upgrades, new modules, new regulators, new connector targets.

Pricing philosophy

We don't publish fixed prices. Each engagement is scoped on modules deployed, integration complexity, customization depth and ongoing involvement. Typical first-year design-partner engagement: €100–250K. Post-design-partner pricing: higher.

Why no public price list? Because operator economics differ by an order of magnitude. A €5M GGR operator and a €200M GGR operator both deserve honest pricing — not the same brochure.
